The International Commercial Arbitration Moot, which is offered to approved educational institutions offering a course of study in law is designed to stimulate the study of arbitration, and in particular international arbitration. The Moot consists of the preparation of a memorandum for the claimant, a memorandum for the respondent and the hearings. The primary objective of the Moot is to provide law students with a platform to develop their advocacy skills, foster a deeper understanding of international commercial arbitration, and simulate aspects of arbitration proceedings.
