Berrys Corporate & Trust Services Inc. (BCTSI) is a licensed corporate and trust services provider located in Barbados.
BCTSI provides a range of corporate services to our international and local clients. With a commitment to professionalism and integrity, we are dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities and benefits of compliance.
Corporate Services
We provide a range of corporate services including:
- Formation and registration of companies
- Maintenance and other filing of documents at Business Barbados
- Applying for initial and renewal foreign currency permits
- Provision of corporate secretarial services such as assisting with board and shareholder meetings; and assisting with the preparation of minutes and resolutions
- Acting as a Corporate and Trust Service Provider
- Preparing amendments to corporate constitutional documents
- Assisting with de-registrations, amalgamations, dissolutions and cancellations.
- Preparing AML Compliance plants and Data Protection policies
Trust Services
We undertake registrations with the International Business Unit.
