Ashley Baird joined Berrys Attorneys & Arbitrators as an Associate in 2025.

In 2023, she graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus obtaining a Bachelor of Laws degree with Upper Second Class Honours. During her undergraduate studies, Ashley participated in and obtained a Certificate in the Femme Lex Cohort Legal Entrepreneurship Program in 2022. This programme, which seeks to provide mentorship to young women within the legal profession and teach them essential entrepreneurial skills required to successfully run a law practice, was conducted in conjunction with the Barbados Youth Business Trust and the Erline Bradshaw Foundation. Additionally, Ashley was an active student volunteer within The Literacy Project Charity, and the Youth Equipped to Achieve (YEA!) organization.

In 2025, Ashley obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School and was called to the Bar in Barbados in October of the same year. In addition to being an Attorney-at-Law, Ashley is also an International Mediation Institute (IMI) Qualified Mediator, having obtained her Certificate of Accreditation in 2023.

Ashley practices various corporate and commercial law matters including contract law, company law, energy & natural resources, securities, employment law, estate matters and mediation.
