NAILAH P. ROBINSON

Nailah is an attorney-at-law, legal researcher, and a consultant to the firm. Nailah worked as a computer scientist for many years before transitioning into law. Since her admission to the practice of law in Barbados in 2010, in addition to her private practice, she has worked as a project officer at IMPACT Justice, and as a part-time lecturer and tutor at the Faculty of Law of UWI, Cave Hill Campus.

Nailah’s private practice includes a range of property matters, including preparing conveyances, leases and mortgages, applications under the Land (Title Proceedings) Act, and Title Deed Restorations. She lectures and tutors in Property Law at the Faculty of Law.

Nailah has a great interest in young people, education, and literacy, and from 2014 to 2018, served as a member of the National Committee Monitoring the Rights of the Child in Barbados. She is presently the Convenor of the Barbados Bar Association’s Costs and Human Rights Committees.
