Ashley is an associate within Berrys Attorneys & Arbitrators, having joined the firm in 2024. Ashley obtained a Bachelor of Laws with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, Barbados in 2019. While at the University of the West Indies completing her undergraduate degree, she was an Ambassador of UWI Student Today Alumni Tomorrow, which acts as the Vice Chancellor’s Student Representatives.

She obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School and earned a place on the Principal’s Roll of Honour, in 2021. She was called to the Bar in Barbados within the same year. In 2023, Ashley obtained a Master of Laws in Legislative Drafting with Distinction from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Her prior employment experience includes working for one of Barbados’ established labour movement organizations.

Ashley’s practice areas cover corporate and commercial law including securities, financial regulation, energy regulation, employment law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, contract drafting, trusts and estates and conveyancing.
